We've been asked a few questions recently about our website, so have decided to answer them here as the information would be useful to anyone using our website.
Is your site secure?
Yes, very! Our site encrypts the information that you send to us so that it cannot be intercepted. We cannot even see your password for your account! You can see for yourself that our site address is pre-fixed by 'https'. This means that a secure connection is being used by your browser in order to view the content of our site.
Are my credit/debit card details safe?
Yes, extremely safe. The safety of your personal details is very important to us. Your details are submitted securely to our payment partner, WorldPay who then process your payment. We do not store any payment details at all. It's all handled by WorldPay. If you have visited our shop, then you will have seen the card machine we use is also provided by WorldPay. This means that your card information is processed by the same company whether you buy online or instore. You card details, in both instances, are transmitted via a secure channel and cannot be intercepted.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Candleberry Lane currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our payment partner WorldPay.
Do you accept PayPal?
At the moment we do not accept payments by PayPal.
Are there any benefits to having an account with you?
Yes, there certainly are!. When you register, you gain access to your order history, wish-list, email newsletter and the ability to use discount codes for extra savings. We do have a guest checkout that you can use if you aren't comfortable registering your details, but you will miss out on the extra features that registering offers. Lots of you like our wishlist feature too. You can share your wishlist with anyone and it will automatically send them the link.
If I register, will I start getting spammed?
Can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Yes you can. Simply log into your account and untick the newsletter box.
What are your delivery and return policies?

Can I track my order?
All orders are sent by a tracked delivery method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification of your order details and a tracking code. Using this number on the couriers website, will allow you to track your package.
Is the item I want in stock?
If you can order it from the website, then it is in stock. It is not possible to place an order for an item that is out of stock. As we also have a shop, we have to monitor our stock levels closely to make sure we can fulfil our online orders.
Can I use a shop bought gift voucher online?
This is something that we plan on offering in the the future. Along with online gift vouchers. We'll be sure to let you know when this is possible.
