Delivery & Returns
Items are usually delivered between 3-5 days after ordering but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed.
You must notify us immediately and in any event within 48 hours if any items in your order appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging, as this may be required when making a claim.

Returning items purchased online
You have 14 calendar days to contact us to state that you wish to return an item. You then have 14 days from this date to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. Your item must be in the original packaging so that it can be re-sold.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Before returning your item, you must contact us to get authorisation. Once authorised you will receive further instructions of how and where to return your item.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Sale purchases are final and are not subject to refund or exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or debit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommned that you use a tracked service or purchase insurance when returning your item. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
